  • Start your day by moving your body through a restorative & energising kundalini yoga practice and soul-connecting meditations. Feel the difference to start your day mindfully.

  • Nurture your body with a delicious home-cooked meal freshly prepared with locally grown seasonal ingredients. All meals have gluten, lactose and sugar free options and most dishes are vegetarian to facilitate a gentle detox of your organs, body and mind.

  • Allow yourself to dream again, be guided through self-inquiring coaching exercises to reconnect to your essence and heart.
